SaaS Unicorn Zoho Launches ‘Zoho Practice’ To Boost Productivity Of Chartered Accountants Chennai-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) unicorn Zoho has introduced a new solution called ‘Zoho Practice’ to increase the productivity and operational efficiency of chartered accountants (CAs). The free end-to-end practice management solution is designed to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and enable CAs to focus on the strategic growth of their firms.

Zoho Practice offers a comprehensive platform integrating client management, document management, task management, and timesheet and billing capabilities. The application also provides advanced collaboration features like chat, voice or video calls, and document sharing. Additionally, the solution includes AI-driven anomaly detection to identify inconsistencies in transactions. “Over the last 15 years, we have gone from offering an invoicing solution to a suite of products, and now we have evolved into a comprehensive platform powered by a strong ecosystem.

This has enabled us to expand geographically and innovate and launch new solutions,” said Sivaramakrishnan Iswaran, global head of Zoho Finance and Operations Suite. Zoho Practice comes pre-integrated with Zoho Books (accounting app), Zoho Expense (travel and expense management app), and Zoho Payroll (payroll management app), providing accountants with a one-stop solution to streamline their firm’s workflows and collaborate seamlessly with clients.

Founded in 1996, Zoho offers more than 50 integrated online applications that support various business operations, including sales and marketing, finance, email and collaboration, and app creation. The software company has US, Singapore, UAE, and Japan offices. According to co-founder and CEO Sridhar Vembu, Zoho witnessed a 37% year-on-year increase in revenue from India in 2022, making it the fastest-growing market for the SaaS giant.

With a net profit of INR 2,749 Cr in FY22, Zoho is solidifying its position as a strong player in the industry. Zoho’s latest initiative, Zoho Practice, adds to its portfolio of solutions to boost businesses’ productivity and efficiency. The company competes with other major players in the market, including Freshworks, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Microsoft.

With the launch of Zoho Practice, chartered accountants can now benefit from a streamlined practice management solution that enables them to focus on their firm’s growth and success while efficiently managing their workflows and collaborating with clients.
